Yes that's correct I hadn't made a post and couldn't find where to get help so thought i would ask how to do it. I have messaged admins including yourself

I actually read the rules in redhat post to me and searched groups for help and looked in help section and can't find anything to contact. I thought admin would be a good place to get some help from. Sorry if I misunderstood that.

1) you asked by replying to an auto post. ?
2) you still posted it in the wrong group i mean how are you introducing yourself by saying "hey i know i registered back in nov but i finally decided to use my account and i tried to buy credits but let coinbase sit too long and now underpaid because the exchange rate changed" call me crazy but most people start off with something like "hey everyone (our awesome members) im so and so from blah blah. im excited to be a part of this fabulous community and promise to try to be a good member"

@Pedro2019 i have to prove your payment manually. The problem is that the crypto currency are very variable and it’s verification. The gateways required 3 verification of the payment. So during the verification there are sometimes under or overpayments.
