Request Help Required

what i would like is for anyone good with thier skils to make something that does the following :-

1 read php
2 display the current dns`s from the php
3 have 3 sepeate box`s to amend the current dns`s
4 submit button to upload the php back to the server
5 update the displayed dns`s in number 2 above

the php i have is as follows

so really you use any kind of script that would take your base file and sed it, replace it and save it.

all im trying to do is make a manager to be able to remotly change the dns`s but with the {[ nested ararys i believe theyre called i cant seem to get anything to work
