Question Help Installing App panel on to my hosting server

New to all this could someone please explain roughly how i would go about installing say Xciptv app panel on to my hosting server to then be able to create apks and panels for users

No one even bothers to search first and try to learn on its own
And don't tell me now that you tried search but nothing found
Thousand sites would be found on google and hundreds of times its been discussed here on our forum
Man learn to do some work, you'll love it if you're not lazy enough
You'll learn many things when you'll do it yourself

I Thought I would ask the question to see if anyone would be available to help as I am new to this area of managing apks hosted on your own server.........

I can pretty much do everything else required within apks editing script, making hardcoded app etc I have never looked in to hosting my own with a panel everyone has to start somewhere and I thought this may be it after all it is called Worldofiptv and known for its wealth of knowledge maybe I'm wrong this is not a help forum? Please correct me if I am! In the mean time ill go of and search what I can some other way.

simply purchase a hosting plan man
there are millions of sites offering cheap web hosting
get one, place your panel files in public_html location its simple like hell
point your app to location of you panel files on web server
