Question HELLO! Need help assistance with portal.

Hello ! i use Xtream Codes CK 41 i have a subscriber who has this issue , is getting blocked by his isp ,our portal is in this format : http://xxxxxxx.com:8080/get.php?username=??????&password=?????&type=m3u_plus&output=mpegts

and he told us he tried other iptv wich use this format : https://xxxx.com/usser/passward
is using https , and is not giving any port in the m3u playlist , ot xtream codes portal , anyone know how to fix ?
maybe to make a wotking portal without port will make this work ? but how to make the portal without port ?

friend, your client is using port 80 or port 433, so it is not necessary to write said port in the url

I don't think the blocking is due to the form of your list, rather it will be blocking your domain or some security configuration in your panel.

an idea, checking the Disable VPN connection box may cause conflict with some internet companies

i tried to give him different domains ... same issue
