Question Hash Load Balancers -> function

Can me someone explain what are the advantages of " Hash Load Balancers " in settings on Streaming?
Please on detail?

If the Panel are not used Cloudfare?

If Clients dont`t use different IP`s on every request is it sercurely better to activate?

Any client is being redirected to your Load Balancers securely using Hash & crypt functions. However, this type of security can impact some clients that uses different IPs on every request. If you are streaming inside a type of network like this, you will need to disable this setting

This option is like generate a secure link with " IP lock " just who is requesting the source from the loadbalancer has the ability to open.

But how @akawi11 said if you are in a network that the IP is constantly changing this option is not good behind this king of network.
