Question Hardcoded and panel

Little bit of a noob question and hopefully im in the right place for it

So if i have lets say xciptv app but its the version that is connected via a panel is there a way to change this to add a dns in there for it to work without a panel as i dont have any panels atm still learning as i go thanks in advance
