my formuler box freezing but all my mates boxes are fine we use the same supplier what could it be my speed is 100mbps

Maybe your ISP is blocking or limiting your connections, use a VPN and see if this problem also occurs

if the vpn fixes the problem is there not anything i can do on my plusnet so its not blocked?

If the VPN fixes the problem then you can change ISP
Which doesn't mean the next one won't also block it.
Try it first and see if that eliminates the problem

I have a Lot of customers and the use the Formular Box and every Problems is come from the Box.

I use by my self the strong Leap s3+ and i have no Problems.

try change your primary dns in router to 1.1.1.1 secondary to 8.8.8.8 also disable any isp 'virus' or 'safe' 'protection' etc settings in isp acount.
