Flood attack from any ip address

Hi, i made a new user yesterday on my panel xc v1.6, it worked ok for 3 hours, after 3 hours his ip was blocked for flood attack, i'm sure it didn't make any attacks, but i keep unlocking it and after a few minutes it crashes again, how can i fix it?

why 30000000 ?
