Question Firestick 4K Max Video error

Hi , Guys has anyone had a issue with the 4k max firestick where display video freezes and the audio continues
ive tried various display options and refresh rate etc, but no joy!
was wondering if anyone come across same issue and found a fix

Mine has personally been ok you didn't say if you have cleared the apps cache?? If not you could try that.

I have the same issue, I am thinking it's on the 4k max firmware

after doing some research, it's the 264 codec 265 codec plays fine so I'm marking up my 265 up as UHD, and slowly replacing. The 264 VODs to favor 265. im phasing out Mag devices and getting my peeps to upgrade their devices. if they want to move with the times

I did some testing also and found that 720 movies have the issue but not @ 1080.
