I using this panel almost from 1 month. Panel is more advanced and have many options for setup. Security is on different level. Have proxy plugin, can be used behind 1 server or behind all servers, also can setup different proxy groups, can setup every single user exactly which proxy to use. Can make different reseller panel for each reseller if you want. Can send different messages on dashboard to every reseller groups. And more, and more, but biggest plus of that panel is support, their support is not from 1 guy who make something in his garage.

This is not a cms, It's hosted on your own server So all files and databases are stored on your local servers.
One of the best panels in my opinion, And being updated regularly

If you're having problems, Converting your database from an old Platform Like xc or xui platform yes they will ask for your database.
As it's part of the premium Support To convert it to their platform

Otherwise they will not ask for any information
You're given the software and a licence and a way you go
