encoding and decoding

Hi,

I wanna ask something, i wanna use TvHeadend in Ubuntu 18.04 to stream channels and i wanna do the encoding for the channels and decrease the bitrate for the channels.
and I have " MSI Gaming GeForce GTX 1650 Super 128-Bit HDMI/DP 4GB GDRR6 " .

So, can I do the encoding by GPU using the GTX?and how to do it ?
