One option is worldstream servers with platinum networks

WorldStream is now extremely sensitive to copyright and is always warning and threatening to shut down servers.
I'm having the same problem right now with my users that use of telecom (Germany , Austria , Switzerland , Belgium , Netherland)
and i have no good connection with telecom
