CDN with ddos mitigation?
Some server providers also offer mitigation services so might be well worth asking your server provider.

Mate, you haven’t given enough information for anyone to make suggestions. All you have specified is that the panel goes down. Nothing else.

Do not be so lazy! There are instructions here and you can use Google!

More importantly, you have not give any reason why you think it is DDoS other than panel cannot be accessed. You really should troubleshoot your issue better before you make decisions that may not help you!

Just because your panel cannot be accessed does not mean DDoS!!! It could be DDoS, but could be many other reason also!!!
