Question Converting m3u8 extension to png for cache?

hello, I found that a few people cache this, reduce the size of m3u8 and ts, get less load.
I would like to give as an example:
ebxncas.png

Converted m3u8 extension to 'js' and used TS as png.
How can I do that?
