You mean how can a provider know how many active connections a subscriber is using? Because each live-stream or VOD is calling a separate URL (per source) which connects to the (panel)server, identifies by user/password and the requested source-stream. So if two different sources are requested by the same 'user' at the same time, while only one connection is allowed, you will lose the first source within 5-10 seconds.
