Question cloudflare with vod server

hello
i made a proxy server and direct it to my vod server
and from cloudflare i directed the domain to the proxy server
everything is fine
but i have a problem with few clients the get black screen on content ( sorry, this video cant be played )
this problem happen only with client tv
but when he try from his phone connected to same wifi
everything working fine with him
just tv got this error

and this happen with only few clients not all

the problem from cloudflare not proxy server
i tried to pause cloudflare and its worked

so how can i solve it ?

Streaming from via cloudflare is probably only possible on the paid plan

i will try it

and when they tried from mobile app with same network working good !
this is very weired !

its like cloudflare block only the player for the client !

For smarters your domain has to be registered at smarters. Try siptv, probably will work fine.

i thins its for only main server
i tried bob player with the same client who have the problem with smarter
and the same problem
only vod channel linked to cloudflare have the problem

i didint face anything like that before !

If cloudflare does not serve for any streams, the only way to fix this is to install an ssl certificate on the vod server and use a domain only on port 80.
otherwise cloudflare will close your account because of this problem.

That is a local issue related to apk and device. I had the same problem with VOD and some live channels. It looks like even though we set up the channels the same way and parameters. Some channels act up at times.

Some of my clients also say they can't see movies the get "this video can't be played" but other clients are ok.

Example for live: &prive Indian channel - using smarters app, the channel has video and sound and but sound is loud and can tbe controlled.

Same channel different device same smarters app, the channel has image and sound and can be controlled but it freezes and just the sound goes on.

Same channel different device xciptv app, all movies play, all channels play including the &prive image volume can be controlled.

So your problem is local.. your customers need to try different device and app.. anyone here can try and tell me if I am wrong about this.. but all of your customers issue is local not on your servers.
