Clear qam over analog

I have a issue I have been searching for months and I know the answer is here somewhere .

I have clear qam channels over analog and yes ive researched and it is true over analog , its the NTSC format and this is all my issue.
My tbs clear qam tuner cards will not work but a Hauppauge 955Q USB will bring the regualr analog and clear qam in perfectly BUT i cant seem to find software to manage the channels so i cant stream them out . does anyone know of a software that will mange the tuners and stream them out

im using ezserver
i will be using hardware encoders for everything else

any suggestions would be great

There's plenty of backend platforms out there that support clear qam and NTSC. I believe you have to compile module drivers for your tbs b/c of its age. Not exactly the right place for this topic imo. I'm just going to assume that you are talking about FTA.
