Question Channels not showing

having a problem with mag, the toggle for mag in add user is greyed out and won't switch and the mac address box won't appear

I can set up mag lines but on the device it will only show categories/channels/epg but no streams

I've completely reinstalled ubuntu on all servers and set up xtream ui fresh, it fixed the problem for a couple hours now its back doing the same thing
