Not playing, VOD is fine but no live channels playing

Make sure the main server address is the same as you use your mags to login.

Don't understand, sorry. I don't login on mag. File name is the same as DNS server login.

OK guys I have did a clean install, imported from xtcdump.sql added BBC locals but they only play on MAG box as Direct Source not through panel bandwidth. They are all showing online in panel

Any help please

Sorry doc I think it was a conflict with my backups. I decided to rebuild from scratch, time consuming yes but it will be worth it in the end.
