Request Change streaming port

Hi.

I'm having issues changing from port 25461 to port 80. When I try it in settings on the panel it doesn't allow anyone to login to my apps and when I try ssh I get " chown: changing ownership of '/home/xtreamcodes/iptv_xtream_codes/GeoLite2.mmdb': Operation not permitted"

Does anyone know how to fix this?

comands for owner ship:
sudo chattr -i /home/xtreamcodes/iptv_xtream_codes/GeoLite2.mmdb
chmod 0777 /home/xtreamcodes/iptv_xtream_codes/GeoLite2.mmdb
/home/xtreamcodes/iptv_xtream_codes/start_services.sh
