Question Change logo XCIPTV 3.2.2

When rebranding XCIPTV 3.2.2 how do I change the launcher logo?
I've gone into simply edit/images and changed it in there but after I've saved and rebuilt the app then install it just the android icon with green background.

Any help appreciated.
