Can I post Advertisement in the Advertising/selling/subscription sub forum?

Hi I am almost new here. Still don't know some rules. I need help, So there is a Forum Category Named Advertising/selling subscription. Is it ok to post an advertisement there?

Short answer is NO. The only persons who can post in the SELLING category where people are SELLING things are those who pay for advertising.
