there are a few good providers out there but for $100 -$150 your not gonna get the best specs for iptv you want a server minimum 1gbps dedicated unmetered but in the real world you really want like 5gbps dedicated

if your gonna do vod you really want to get your self a server with good space you pay a lot per tb of storage your possibly also going to want a server that allows the install of a gpu for video encoding gpu makes the work a lot faster currently use nvidia server gpus my self

i would say unless your gonna be using the server for just your self and family bump up your budget to around $300 -$500 per month
