It’s an informational log message not an error.

H.264 video (AVC) can use B-frames (bi-directional frames).
Because B-frames reference both past and future frames, the decoder must:
Buffer multiple frames
Reorder them before outputting
“Increasing reorder buffer to 2” means:
The decoder detected it needs to buffer 2 frames
It automatically increased its internal frame reordering queue
This is completely normal for many H.264 videos.

right so i don't need to fix anything I'm restream channel can getting that log then the channels are buffering its source of restreams or my panel
