Question Buying credits from multiple providers

Hi all. Question… I bought crystal OTT credits from a horrible reseller. My fault. However, they issued me the reseller panel. My question is… am I now stuck buying crystal credits from only them going forward, or can I buy them from any crystal OTT reseller since they all use the same panel? Obviously I asked them already but they don’t respond. Customer service blows. Thanks in advance for your time.

If you buy credits from a different person the credits won't apply to your reseller account. They will be applied to a new reseller account.
