Question blocked dns by ISP

I have a couple of users in problems with ISP, the first is in Croatia ISP Hrvatski Telekom d.d., and the second is in the Netherlands ISP "Ziggo B.V.".

they load the list, but the channels can't work! I watched blocked IPs, and blocked ISPs, there are none!


does anyone have similar problems ??

There is literally thousands of posts about this, if you didn't find them and you don't really know what is happening with your service, I hate to be that guy that says, that maybe you shouldn't be administrating a IPTV server.

,change the port you used or open an additional port.
