Best practice in setup

Hello Everyone,

I have a question regarding the installing servers main and LB. Someone told me that it's necessary to have to have 5 servers.
1 Main for the panel only. Small one
2-3 for Channels and VOD. Big ones
4-5 for exchange. Depends

Since I'm not an expert I would like to get your advise. What do you recommend? what are the best spec for CPU, RAM, storage for all servers.
My idea to run for now 200 live streams, 1500 on demand and 5000 VOD.

Any comment would be greatly appreciated
