this is a very old script and I worked it on some apis, it seems to me that you are infected with corona virus, you are very funny, check php for malware code from cli terminal and not from some stupid pages as example virustotal dot com etc, try to encode a simple php code and scan with these online stupid fake tools and see your result
I contacted 2 year ago virustotal for this issue i sent encrypted + decrypted code and they told me that it is defective of our system.
you don't have experience in this field dude, try to find another work LOL
