Does anyone know what these errors in Astra Cesbo mean?

Mar 26 17:58:59 [http_server 0.0.0.0:8000] sending content to 143.42.187.175:38014 failed [Broken pipe]
Mar 26 17:59:01 [http_server 0.0.0.0:8000] sending content to 143.42.187.175:38042 failed [Broken pipe]
Mar 26 17:59:08 [http_server 0.0.0.0:8000] sending content to 143.42.187.175:37616 failed [Broken pipe]
Mar 26 17:59:08 [http_server 0.0.0.0:8000] sending content to 143.42.187.175:37630 failed [Broken pipe]
Mar 27 08:35:48 [http_server 0.0.0.0:8000] sending content to 103.203.57.20:56048 failed [Connection reset by peer]
Mar 27 11:15:23 [http_server 0.0.0.0:8000] receiving from 152.89.196.37:65040 failed [Connection reset by peer]
Mar 27 13:09:21 [http_server 0.0.0.0:8000] sending content to 64.62.197.193:60797 failed [Connection reset by peer]

I'm curious what these failed connections from these IP addresses mean and how does this affect the correct functioning of the software if it fails, for example in my case it says failed [Broken pipe] and failed [Connection reset by peer] .
Does anyone know what these things mean in Astra Cesbo?
I mention that this is a version installed from the official website and it is the original version, also it is installed on a VPS with ubuntu 20.04 clean and moreover, absolutely no streams or anything else has been configured.

Update:
can someone confirm if they encounter the same error as me ?
It's not really an error, but there are some rather dubious IP addresses that access Astra from time to time

I haven't contacted the developer yet, at first I thought that maybe someone else had noticed these IP addresses and in principle maybe it would be normal, except that I have a firewal enabled and it is possible to block traffic from these addresses and that's why I have this error.

For example this address seems to be associated with these sites
162.142.125.226==>http://censys-scanner.com
64.62.197.79==>shadowserver.org

The Shadowserver Foundation is a nonprofit security organization working altruistically behind the scenes to make the Internet more secure for everyone.

The point is that I don't understand why Astra Cesbo would integrate these scanning functions into their software, what data they collect and moreover if we block them although it is quite hard, how would this affect the functioning of Astra Cesbo (So far I haven't identified any problems with the functioning of the former even with these errors).

I will ask the developer to explain what these IP addresses are and what they are used for.

Censys, shadowserver, shodan, binaryedge and some other services are scanning all the network connected devices and collecting data about these devices and software installed on this devices or ports used. The are offering services to third party to search this services, some of them are free of charge and everyone just by typing astra cesbo on this services may find all astra servers and respective ports.
So it is not astra spying on you, are these services or people searching for astra cesbo unsecured on internet trying to find your list of streaming.
Censys has the option to opt out from data collection. For more information refer to link bellow:
