Are these features existing in any Android IPTV player?

Hello Everyone,
As I noticed in the IPTV world that most hardcoded apps are iptv smarters, xc iptv, stb or perfect player. Some has his own player as well.
I wonder if there is an app with those following features.
1- Lock channels (smartes iptv has lock category)
2- Re-sort categories.
3- Re-sort channels in a categories.
