Edit it seems to be announcement enabled by default on the panel. I've disabled it and it seems fine

Did you actually test this before posting?

1. What is the default user/password for panel as admin/admin does not work
2. I get several errors trying to access panel

Should be ADMINXC / ADMINXC

appsnscripts.php, login.php, function.php all give errors. I have many panels running on this server all fine.

I have the same at the beginning, then I realized was a problem with php-sqlite and the mod php for my apache2, pv me if you want some help
