it worked for me on my pixelbook. the only thing was i had to turn it into a tablet first and then back into the laptop mode

I tried to install it on many versions of android (7-8-9) but every time the installation is failed

Samsung SM-T377P tablet rooted with Magisk and Exposed Framework is the device I am liking it on. I did go into the app and change the JAR version for APK Tool to the previous to increase speeds a bit since the tablet is a bit slow. However if you do have Magisk with Exposed framework on any rooted device there is an Exposed Module for Lucky Patcher that will patch up the last official APK Editor Version, the one they turned off the rebuilding feature on. The patch returns the option to rebuild and after doing so decompile it and find the .jar location/variables path for the apktool version and change that one to the newest one and that is the best APK Editor setup you'll find for speed and accuracy.
