Add Weather & Exchange Rates Widget on Stalker?

Hello guys.
Does anyone know how can add weather widget and also exchange rates widget on stalker portal?
I already saw this and this should be really useful but it is not on XtreamUI, should be a different panel.
I am interesting if this also possible with XtreamUI?

the things you're asking about are possible on Ministra but I'm afraid not available on XtreamUI
