Complain Account upgraded

Hi guys,

I have upgraded my account from Basic to Extended (12 months).

After the purchase, it said that i have to wait 12 hours... after those 12 hours my account has still not been upgraded. The link to contact the admin is broken... and it says that 'I do not have permission to view o perform that action'.

Can some help?

You have enter the location, so why you enter the location wrong.

It was selected by accident. Can you please edit it for me to UK, or just disable it? Thats not my location.
