Question 4K stick user interface updated?

I have had a guy contact me with 4K stick with the same UI as firestick lite. XCIPTV app won’t load on it,
I’m not aware 4K sticks has this UI and can not get him going any ideas

If your Stick is Android device, so there a lot APP's like Smartes IPTV App which should work on it

It’s a fake firestick put iptv smarters pro on it it won’t run xciptv

tell him to check there is no other xciptv based apps on device

new interface arrives on a Fire TV Stick 4K, it moves it from software version 6.2.7.7 to version 6.2.8.0, which keeps it on Fire OS 6.
first try deregister and then reregister your Fire TV Account in settings
or factory reset
