Question 405 Method not Allowed Error

Does anyone have any idea why a valid user receive a "405 Method Not Allowed" error when trying to watch channels? Users can download playlists, but an error occurs when they attempt to watch channels. This happens only to some users, not all.

I'm using Xtream UI CK mods 41
