1. When the APK calls after a while Home, why some people share it here to download?

2. I test the APK on different Android Boxes and the Picture Quality is on Perfect Player ore STB Emulator better, so why is Smarter Pro so popular ?

Good question. Think what gives smarters the edge is its easy to customize and at the time they just got the market when loads wanted their own logos , DNS and the like . me I like stbemu pro

Its due to the fact that the call home can be disabled, and its easy to edit..

I myself am playing a lot with tivimate, the only thing its a pain with is the epg, esp as i cannot find a free epg to use with it and therefore have to pay, and even the pay version only finds 10th of the channels.. lol

but Tivimate i like as it does allow to use raw git, which Smarters pro doesnt...

You can add external players to smarters as well which is very handy.

So does this mean you can disable the call home on the newer versions? I thought the only version that can be edited was v1.5.1?

Well the version i've got hasnt called home yet.. Mines 2.2.2 and modded.. mind you it also cannot see any updates as thats also disabled.. and its been running since it came out on my system...

With that version, do you hardcode inside the app or do you have to host it like the Legazy app?

I think it takes up to 1 month until the App call home. How long do you have it and Do you have the apk? I test it.

Thanks for the reply. I've used many different versions and so far haven't had any stop working. Just wondered what the call home involved and if I would notice if it was happening. Thanks again.

Which Decoder is the best to use´? I try mx player pro but i cant change the channel directly with the remote control. it change the volume.
