Stay Informed: Notifications & Help
The top of your dashboard is your "Command Intelligence" area.- Messages & Tickets: Think of this as your inbox. While Messages are for quick chats, the Tickets section is where you manage formal support.
- Pro Tip: Use Search Ticket to find old conversations or Mark All As Viewed to keep your workspace tidy.
- System Alerts: These are automatic reports. If a server acts up, youāll see it here first.
Tracking Success: Sales & Stats
Want to know who your best customers are or where your viewers live?- Best Sellers: Click on a Resellerās Name to jump straight into their account. You can see their Total Spent and exactly when they created or renewed their subscriptions.
- Country Stats: View Most Watched By Country to see which regions are driving your traffic. This helps you decide which content to prioritize!
Managing Subscriptions (Expiring Lines)

When you click the Shopping Cart Icon to renew a user, you get to decide what happens to their channel list (Bouquets):- No Change: Keep everything exactly as it is.
- Sync All: Wipe the old list and give them only whatās in the new package.
- Sync Added: Keep their old favorites and add any new channels from the new package.
- Sync Removed: Keep their custom-added channels but remove anything not in the official new package.
Server Health & Troubleshooting

Understanding the Numbers
When looking at Server Details, keep an eye on these three "Red Flags":- IO Wait: Should be close to 0. If itās high, your hard drive is struggling.
- Load: If these numbers are much higher than your CPU count, the server is overworked.
- Reqs: This tells you exactly how many people are watching right now.
Pro Tips for New Users
- The Refresh Button: Every section has one. If the data looks old, give it a click!
- Note for Resellers: There is a Reseller Notes field where you can leave messages for the Admināuse this for special requests.
- Missing Features?: If you don't see the "Rebuild Cache" option, it means it wasn't turned on in the Advanced Performance settings during server setup.
