Addon Download, Installation, and Updates Guide
Download Availability
- After a successful order, the relevant download files will be available on the Manage License page. Make sure to download the correct and latest version before proceeding.
Installation Requirements
- Before installing any addon, ensure that an SSH password is set in the Panel for all servers. This is required for the installation to work properly.
Installation Steps
- Navigate to Addons in the Panel.
- Use the upload form to select the plugin file from your computer.
- Click Install to begin the process.
- After a successful installation, the plugin will appear in the addons table with its version number.
A green confirmation message will be displayed, indicating that the addon has been successfully activated for your Panel.
License & Addon Visibility
- If the addon is installed but does not appear on the Addons page, a manual license refresh may be required.
- To refresh the license, navigate to:
Settings → Panel → License → Refresh License
If the addon has been purchased and installed but still does not appear on the Addons page, please submit a support ticket. Our technical team will assist you.
Load Balancers
- After installing a new Load Balancer (LB), all plugins must be reinstalled.
If this step is skipped, the plugins will not be available on the load balancer.
Updates
Addon updates are performed the same way as a fresh installation.
Simply upload and install the latest downloaded version of the plugin.
