Firstly thanks to FierceGorilla for their post on how to do this in the previous version. Without their post I don't think I would have worked this one out

Process to remove the icons in XCIPTV 4.0.0 seems to have changed from previous versions. The process is basically the same but some of the values have changed.

XCIPTV has 4 preset layouts that can be easily changed... (this can be done with or without removing icons)
