Installs VNC Server and set up with password for vnc login.
Installs the latest Java version.
Installs Python
Installs Streamlink
Installs VLC
Configures VLC to be able to run as root

to run this upload vnc.sh to server then type bash vnc.sh in putty or whatever you are using to ssh into your server.

Notes: In case of any errors just re-run the script.
Nothing will be re-installed except for the packages with errors.

Might wonder what this is useful for.. I use it on a cheap vps to run some streams using vlc and then output it using rtsp so i can load that stream on my panel. very helpful for streams that can only be played from a specific ip.
