[1 STEP]---> chattr -i /home/xtreamcodes/iptv_xtream_codes/GeoLite2.mmdb && chown -R xtreamcodes:xtreamcodes /home/xtreamcodes/
2 STEP this is the code for allow changing the properties
[2 STEP]---> chmod 777 /home/xtreamcodes/iptv_xtream_codes/GeoLite2.mmdb
3 STEP this is the code for confirming and changing the properties
