This is "untouched" version!? but what is it that is nulled in other versions?
Is it only the licensing part so operator and/or clients dont have to buy license?

Correct, this is completely untouched vanilla installation of Ministra 5.6.9

Most versions of Ministra that reference being nulled are usually referring to the app licensing.

There has been talk that previous versions had callbacks to Ministra and versions were supposedly released with these callbacks removed. I’ve never heard or seen it being verified though
