Question Need Help-Any web player is not working for my xc ui(22F)

smarters, xc or ltq ... i put my dns correctly but users can't enter into service but xc ui client_area works ferfect
what will be the issue can any help me

*in smarters in player_install.php page i put my dns and check it says your portal is not valid
*in xc i put my dns from /libs/config.php same issue
*in ltq i put dns from admin panel it also don't enter user to access

Some webplayers don't like https dns.
As such if your using a ssl dns that may be the issue.

client_area uses local ip

How are you hosting the web player?
Are you aware of the risks for using webplayers and have you patched smarters?

What is the risk of webplayers? Do I need to patch smarters?
One thing of smarters I don't like is the fact I cannot use local IPs only internet IPs. This makes me think smarters looks at their client's hostnames.
Am I correct?
