in the script there is precisely the command that deletes / php / etc precisely to then download the 3 confs that reflect those requests in start_services.sh is it possible that not even a decent copy paste can you do?

Depends, I'm already live with mod 7 in a panel with +1000 active clients and everything is working smoothly. Just migrated also from mysql to mariaABD and everything is perfect as for me Live, VOD everything, just with automatics updates I have a glitch somewhere that I cannot still find why

My suggestion is to be able to make backups in .sql but as an additional option also set in .gz (if want). I still prefer uncompressed backups, I have had problems in the past with compressed files (in other environments).
It is my opinion of course.

I agree especially for those who often migrate servers it also takes uncompressed backup if possible.
