Seem to be having nothing but problems with this app, in particular removing all the YOURNAMEHEER text. What tool is everyone using? Tried multiple apk editors and editor studio.

I was getting an error when trying to recompile...


Fixed it by removing the space in line 16 of the AndroidManifest.xml file
<uses-permission android:name="com.google.android.assistant.READ_HOTWORD_STATE"/>

Also, to change the app name:

I finally got it after lots of trial and error on several apps. If using apk editor do Decode "ALL FILES" not "PARTIAL". Normally doing ALL FILES causes all kind of problems, but seems to work on this one.

I always select decode all files and never have problems ?

Me too i dont know how many time i decompiled and compiled and always something comes up . And the number of the line dont match lol. its basically u need to find out urself

I don't know why you are having problems, I've made multiple apps with this version with all different package names
Just put your details in the files:

\smali\com\nathnetwork\xciptv\util\Config.smali
Line 179 & 184

res\values\strings.xml
line 67

AndroidManifest.xml
lines 1 & 24

simply modified the png image attached to this code and work fine, peopl just change the png

Which png is it please?

Just the main ones, just decompile the apk and then look in the folders, its fairy easy to do with apk tool
